Research interests
Michelle’s McNair Scholar research on pollution sequestration by urban street trees has been accepted to ACSP (2017) and NCUR (2018). She currently researches emission reductions related to Port of Seattle’s shore power infrastructure and cruise industry as a member of the Port’s maritime environmental team. Outside of energy infrastructure and air quality research, Michelle focuses on multimodal and equitable transportation planning, as an ADA Transition Planner.
